We ship to addresses across the United States. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout:
- Standard shipping (3–5 business days): $4.95
- Express shipping (1–2 business days): $9.95
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $50
Orders placed before 2:00 pm (ET) on business days are usually dispatched the same day. You will receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships.
Returns
Changed your mind? You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
To start a return, email us at support@upmart.store with your order number. Once your return has been received and checked, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.
